Le Cleac'h Bookshelf

A pair of refined medium-sized bookshelf speakers, built around the superb SB Acoustics driver set. The 5” woofer, working in a rear-vented enclosure, delivers bass that is articulate, textured, and full of subtle detail. The Le Cléac’h horn-loaded tweeter adds a sense of openness and dynamic ease, projecting vocals and instruments with remarkable presence and realism.

The cabinet, crafted from 18 mm Norwegian pine and heavily braced throughout, offers exceptional rigidity and low resonance. A recessed 6 mm aluminium baffle adds further stability and precision. Internally, audiophile-grade crossover components reveal the full potential of each driver, ensuring seamless coherence and natural balance. Highly sensitive and engaging, this speaker pairs beautifully with low-power tube amplification.
